ARTICLE 2:

ARTICLE 6:
Taximeters and their supplementary governed by Decree No. 78363 of March 13, 1978 and No. 01-387 dated 3 May 2001 above are subject to periodic verification and monitoring in accordance with the provisions of the ministerial decree of January 13, 1981 above.

ARTICLE 7:
As regards their relations with customers, taxi must comply with the provisions of Order interpréfectoral No. 01-16385, July 31, 2001 referred to above.
